Development organizations often face difficulties managing financial workflows, ensuring compliance, and delivering disbursements at scale especially during capacity-building workshops and community projects.

Additionally, the lack of data-driven tools creates bottlenecks in budgeting, monitoring, and evaluating financial impact across programs.

Projects & Innovations

BetterPay — Transforming Workshop Payments

Our flagship financial project, BetterPay, is a smart financial management and disbursement platform designed to streamline everything from participant registration and biometric attendance to payroll approvals and secure payments via Bank or MPESA.

BetterPay empowers NGOs and development partners to eliminate duplicate payments, boost transparency, and gain real-time visibility over financial operations.

Other Financial Initiatives

  • Digital Disbursement Pilots: Working with community organizations to test mobile-based disbursement methods for emergency relief and microgrants.
  • Financial Data Literacy Training: Educating partner organizations on using data analytics for budgeting, expense tracking, and audit readiness.
